I’m Jae. I run when I can, write when I have something to say, and try to be a decent dad the rest of the time.

I run a small company during the 9-5. None of this is glamorous. The 5am isn’t because I’m a machine — it’s the only window before the day belongs to everyone else. Most days I make it. Some days Roman’s up at 4:40 and I don’t.

This site is a journal first, a gearbag second, and a little merch table at the back. Everything here is something I actually use, run, or wear.
