Making the Case for the Treadmill

A late-morning threshold session, and why I keep coming back to the belt.

Got my son sorted first, then hit the gym treadmill around 11am for 2x10 minutes at 6:40 pace. Coffee, pre-workout, and a smoothie carried me there.

The Manifesto Isn't for Me (But I Get It)

On goal times, training specificity, and why 'your pace is enough' isn't the whole story

Runner's World says your finish time doesn't define you. They're right. But you still need one — not for your self-worth, for your training plan.
